Forever Expanding Awareness In Liberation

There’s a lot of talk in New Zealand (and I guess in many other countries) about the so-called Bird Flu epidemic that the world is on the brink of experiencing. I understand that here in New Zealand the Government has stock-pilled enough Tamiflu for 20% of our population. Considering what I have read about Tamiflu I deem this to be a complete waste and mismanagement of tax payers’ money.

Here’s a look at what my dear friend Lono Ho’ala wrote to an email list of his I am subscribed to.

Dear Family and Friends,

As we are all aware, today’s top story is about the so-called called Bird Flu.

Because of the vast amount of attention this subject is getting, I’ve researched this subject carefully and thought you might like to know what I’ve found out.

The bird flu virus is referred to as H5N1, but that is a complete misnomer. H5N1 is only the designation for the outer covering type or virus envelope coating.  The interior core, inside the envelope, is made of strings of DNA or RNA. This iis what determines if a virus is Bird Flu, or Swine Flu, or SARS or whatever, not the coating type.

The claim that, so far, 61 people have died of Bird Flu is completely false.  Investigators have only tested and identified the H5N1 viral coating, and did not confirm what specific viral core DNA was inside the virus, in those patients who have died.

The highly publicized claim that about 50 percent of the people who contracted the Bird Flu have died from it, is also completely bogus.
The claim that the H5N1 Bird Flu is highly dangerous, and 50 percent fatal, is not backed by the medical data.  In many cases, the symptoms described prior to death were clearly something other than influenza.
So it is not clear if the patients even had Bird Flu.  The only thing confirmed was that the coating around the virus was the H5N1 type, which is rather common for many different kinds of viruses.

By only testing for the H5N1 outer covering or viral envelope, it has never been confirmed what the interior core viral DNA or RNA happened to be.  There are literally thousands of different DNA cores which can exist within the same H5N1-type viral envelope.  By not explaining this to a gullible public, the various government agencies, such as the CDC, WHO and Departments of Health are manipulating people through ungrounded fear.

The CDC has been guilty of this for years, by making the outrageous claim that each year in the U.S. 36,000 victims die of influenza.  This is also completely false.  Only about 200 people or less are documented by autopsy each year to have died of influenza.  All the others in that group of 36,000 died of viral pneumonia, caused by improperly treating flu by lowering the fever, and allowing the virus in the lungs to grow unimpeded to the point it killed the patient.  It would seem that the huge number, 36 thousand, is only used to scare the public into getting their flu shots, which at best are only about 20 to 50 percent effective in the first place.  That is not a very good record.

But this annual flu-hype is nothing compared to this year’s horrendous hype about the so-called Bird Flu vaccine or anti-viral called, Tamiflu.  Currently, there is a shortage of Tamiflu, driving up the price to astronomical heights.  On Tuesday, October 25, Canada actually stopped the sales of Tamiflu because of the rapidly rising prices.  By limiting Tamiflu sales, the market for “underground” or blackmarket Tamiflu will drive prices even higher.  Many nations around the world are right now even planning on stockpiling many millions of doses of Tamiflu to prevent a possible “pandemic” — with the potential profit to the Tamiflu maker, Roche, running into the hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars, and that is just for the 2005 flu season.  And all of this is complete and pure hype.

The commercial preparation called Tamiflu is not a medication, but is simply a concoction derived from an extract of the Asian herb, Star Anise, or licorice flavoring. Actual tests show it is no more effective than vitamin C, ginseng tea or aspirin at reducing flu effects. Tamiflu is NOT an anti-viral nor a vaccine.  It cannot prevent Bird Flu.  It is simply an herbal extract preparation similar in effect to aspirin.  The big difference is that Tamiflu is a patented high-priced doctor-prescribed flu symptom reliever.  While Aspirin is a cheap generic over-the-counter flu symptom reliever.  But don’t use either one if you have a flu infection.

I have reviewed the clinical testing and the lab analysis of the effects of Tamiflu.  It has no ability to kill or prevent infections by influenza viruses.  Tamiflu simply reduces the flu symptoms of fever, aches and coughing, sometimes to the point that the flu patient doesn’t even know that he has a cold or flu.  But that is dangerous.  Since lowering a fever while infected with flu virus in the lungs can be fatal.  Both Aspirin and Tamiflu are herbal preparations which simply treat the symptoms of flu.  Neither of them are anti-viral medications.
This means the probability of Internet hoaxers making cheap copies of Tamiflu using common aspirin and other herbs, will result in multi-Billion dollar illegal scams running around the Internet this 2005 flu season.

Internet counterfeiters can easily make a cheap look-alike copy pill by mixing aspirin, ginseng tea and vitamin C and putting it into a capsule and packaging it to look like Tamiflu. A doctor-prescribed Tamiflu dose of 10 tablets can cost you about $150 or more. The counterfeiters can make a 10 tablet dose and sell it to you for half price or $75. But the ingredients only cost them about $1.00. Thus, the illegal Billion dollar profit motive is extremely high for committing Internet fraud.

Neither Tamiflu nor the fake drug actually work to prevent Avian Bird Flu.  Ignore all the Hype.  Don’t buy either one.  You don’t need them.

Most experts in the field will tell you that the best medicine for any viral infection is to support your body’s own immune system. It is a finely tuned defense system that when healthy, can destroy ANY KNOWN virus effectively. Proof that this is true is the fact that you are reading this. If there were any virus able to consistently outgun your immune system - neither you nor anyone else would be here to care!

Many viruses can inhabit the upper respiratory tract. About half of the infections known as the “common cold” are due to rhino viruses that enter the mucous membranes of the eye, nose or lung. Influenza viruses are similar, and are commonly spread through the air. Flu viruses can only survive about 10 minutes on the skin but up to 3 days on hard surfaces so it can be spread indirectly by countertops, floors, bathroom faucets, etc.

Resistance to these viruses (immune system strength) is greatly reduced by adrenal and glandular fatigue caused by stress, excessive caffeine, alcohol, and sugar consumption, tobacco use, exposure to environmental chemicals and chronic allergies.

On the other hand, a variety of nutrients including certain vitamins and minerals, amino acids, and several botanical preparations have proven exceptionally useful in supporting a healthy immune system. James Samuel living on Waiheke Island (Auckland, New Zealand) has put a number of great web sites together. One of them makes available a large list of excellent documentaries.

I have not looked into the copyright aspect of the material he is providing (for the cost of the media you buy it on) and will therefore assume it is copyright and James is willing to forgo that. I have no issue with that, but you might want to decide if you do. I gather James takes the view that “information is a human right” and if that works for you then check out this site, get the documentaries and watch them. If you have the money and desire to support the producers of the material then make a point of sending them a contribution or even buying the materials you find are of value to you.

Copyright issues aside, this is a great resource of video material for those that wish to get more informed about alternative perspectives on what’s happening in the world at this time…perspectives seldom, if ever, shown on mainstream media.

All with phones, for sure, providing the comfort and convenience of a false sense of connectivity. A frail illusion bridging the vast gap of separation here in the ego’s world on this 12th hour.

Ads on nearly every wall—touting the many solutions to our discontent.

In drunken stupor—by alcohol or not—walking to no where on the leaf and litter strewn street.

A Dream that came and went faster than the human mind could imagine…and yet, Here I Am, how long shall this last, I wonder?

The next world war will not be waged between nations, nor neighbours. No. The next world war is already being waged within the human heart as it breaks loose from all the lies, ignorance, and deception. What is it that makes people settle for this?

The only revolution that awaits us is a revolution of human consciousness—the rebellion within, as Truth unveils its triumph over the ego’s deception.

Strutting out images up and down the street at this late hour as if our very lives depended on it. Cars, music, cloths, and accessories magically made into a representation of Self. Poor substitutes at best, are they not? Yet we’re none the wiser despite tomorrow’s continued dissatisfaction being no less than today’s, and more than that remembered from yesteryear.

Where have all the warriors gone? What of their swords, integrity, and a vision to fight for?

And what too of all the women? I see none.
Veiled—or replaced?—by shaven legs, child-like armpits and vaginas, manicured eye brows, layers of make-up, and a “yes-no have sex with me” attitude. Dressed up to attract the attention of a male sexual ego, yet often afraid of such an approach.

Enamoured by steel and tyres, fabric and hairdos—are we just ghosts in biological machines?

Drug firms ‘hype up diseases to boost sales’

Drug companies are inventing diseases to sell more of their products, it has been claimed. Scientists have accused major pharmaceutical firms of “medicalising” problems like high cholesterol or the symptoms of the menopause in a bid to increase profits.

Experts from around the world will meet in Australia today to discuss what they have labelled “disease-mongering”.

The group, which includes experts from Britain, will gather in Newcastle, New South Wales, where researchers have been examining the issue. David Henry and Ray Moynihan, of Newcastle University, claim the industry is exaggerating conditions and turning them into something more serious.

Female sexual dysfunction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and “restless legs” syndrome have all been promoted by the pharmaceutical industry in the hope of selling more drugs, they say.

High cholesterol and osteoporosis-are being described as diseases in their own right, the researchers claim, turning healthy people into patients. In turn, this wastes precious resources and can cause medically-induced harm.

Drugs prescribed for ’shyness’

Even shyness is routinely presented as a “social anxiety disorder” resulting in the person being prescribed anti-depressants.

In the case of male sexual disfunction, the researchers say, Viagra is promoted as not only a genuine treatment for erectile dysfunction but also a lifestyle improver. The two men make their claims in the Public Library of Science Medicine journal.

They accuse drug companies of funding disease-awareness campaigns through the media that are more about selling drugs than helping or educating the public.

“Like the marketing strategies that drive it, disease-mongering poses a global challenge to those interested in public health, demanding in turn a global response,” they say.

Mr Moynihan and Mr Henry say that, in their view, disease mongering is the selling of sickness that widens the boundaries of illness and grows markets for those who sell and deliver treatments.

“It is exemplified most explicitly by many pharmaceutical industryfunded disease-awareness campaigns, more often designed to sell drugs than to illuminate or to inform or educate about the prevention of illness or the maintenance of health,” they add. Conference organisers say they will try to draw a line between “market-driven exercises and legitimate disease-awareness programmes”. ‘Miracle solutions’

Drugs companies hit back last night. GlaxoSmithKline said: “We pride ourselves in providing miracle solutions to the health care needs of people every day.

“We utterly refute any suggestion that we would in any way hype or overplay the very real needs of patients that are treated all over the world.

“One of the exciting things about medical science is that we are finding new solutions to ailments or problems people have, and this is something good we can offer.” Pfizer, which makes Viagra, said: “We would refute accusations that the pharmaceutical industry is medicalising society. Treatments that can make serious and potentially life-threatening conditions better should surely be welcomed.

“Pfizer would only promote prescription medicines to health care professionals, and only in line with what licensing bodies have outlined, for them to use their clinical judgment.”

First Knights Templar are discovered

LONDON: The first bodies of the Knights Templar, the mysterious religious order at the heart of The Da Vinci Code, have been found by archaeologists near the River Jordan in northern Israel.

British historian Tom Asbridge yesterday hailed the find as the first provable example of actual Knights Templar.

The remains were found beneath the ruined walls of Jacob’s Ford, an overthrown

castle dating back to the Crusades, which had been lost for centuries.

They can be dated to the exact day — August 29, 1179 — that they were killed by Saladin, the feared Muslim leader who captured the fortress.

“Never before has it been possible to trace their remains to such an exact time in history,’ Mr Asbridge said. “This discovery is the equivalent of the Holy Grail to archaeologists and historians. It is unparalleled.”

There has been much controversy since the plane crashes of 9/11 as to what really happened. Many have jumped on a bandwagon stating it was an inside job…a conspiracy connected to the American Government. Many others, perhaps the majority, jumped on the bandwagon of popular belief…that it was a terrorist attack that America was victim to and knew little or nothing about before it actually took place. There there are various other camps that state something within these two extremes views is what took place.

Here is an article regarding one scientist’s hypothesis as to what created the intense heat believed to be necessary to have caused the structural damage to steel inside the building in order for it to collapse as it did. The source of this heat continues to this day (nearly five years later) to be an enigma.
